GENERAL NOTES: Rates are based on occupancy of 2 persons and are subject to change. For additional persons above two there is an additional charge of $45.00 to $60.00 per person per night depending upon the season. Only the apartment and the two bedroom suite can accommodate a third or fourth person. No children under 16 unless specifically approved by management.
DEPOSITS: A 50% guarantee fee is required at the time of the reservation. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only and must be received within 2 weeks of the booking. Balance is due in full upon arrival and may be in the form of cash, traveler's checks or credit cards (MC and Visa ONLY).
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $50.00 service charge, as long as we receive your notice of cancellation at least fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation. Should you need to cancel within fourteen (14) days of your reservation, we must rent the room for the entire reserved time or we will be unable to return your deposit. Holidays (which include Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Carnival, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Women's Week, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). Early departures are also non-refundable.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please contact us in advance for special instructions if you are planning to arrive after 8 PM; ($50.00 surcharge for early arrivals and only if the room is available).
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM ($75 surcharge for late checkouts if approved).
MINIMUM STAYS: Weekends in May and June (2 nights); Weekends in July and August (3 nights); Weekends in September and October (2 nights); Memorial Day Weekend (4 nights); Fourth of July Holiday (5 nights); Carnival Week (5 nights); Labor Day Weekend (4 nights); Columbus Day Weekend (3 nights); Women's Week (4 nights); New Year's 2009 (3 nights).
PARKING: Due to new sewer and septic conditions, we can only provide parking for five cars and can no longer accommodate larger vehicles or in and out privileges. If you are driving and do not plan to use your vehicle, you will need to reserve one of these parking places in advance by notifying us via by email or call us at 508-487-2292. Since we can no longer guarantee a parking place for everyone, we ask that if you have a larger truck, SUV or plan to use your car, that you make alternate parking plans. There is a $10.00 per day fee for parking. You may choose one of several town lots nearby which charge a nominal fee; they are indicated by a large green "P" on the following map link: www.ptownchamber.com/map.html
We realize this may prove a slight inconvenience but thank you in advance for your cooperation.
SPA: The hours of operation are from 9 AM to 10 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring a nylon bathing suit (no cutoffs) so you can enjoy our Vita Spa that has 10 different kind of jets and the outdoor shower with dressing area. We ask that before entering the spa or after coming back from the beach, you use the outdoor shower to be sure that oils and sand are not brought into the spa or into the rooms.
NO SMOKING: For your comfort and ours the Revere House is a SMOKE-FREE establishment (with the exception of the outdoor patio).
PETS: Since we have two dogs of our own, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you have a dog or cat with which you want to bring along, you can board them at KC's Animal Resort: (508) 487-7900, located right around teh corner on Shankpainter Rd: ptownpets.com .
